Reports, advice, information, consultation

The EPA may commission a report or seek advice from any person on any matters raised in relation to the application, may obtain existing relevant information on the organism which is the subject of the application from any source, and shall consult with all departments or Crown entities notified of the application and have particular regard to any submissions made by the Department of Conservation. ²³⁴⁷
