Further submissions

After submissions close the local authority must prepare a summary of submissions and make this available to the public. ^{9b6b78af-352b-4784-ae95-dc4d9dc831a8}

The following persons are able to make further submissions: ^{364d03b5-25f6-4458-b99e-0e79fec59b30}

• Any person representing a relevant aspect of the public interest
• Any person that has an interest in the proposed policy statement or plan greater than the interest that the general public has
• The local authority responsible for promulgating the policy statement or plan

A further submission can only support or oppose a submission. It cannot extend the scope of an original submission. ^{34e655f8-5314-4295-80e0-3cf40a068378}
